Please use the form below to notify the HCA Main Office of student absences or late arrivals. Providing the reason for each absence or late arrival is required. This helps us maintain accurate attendance records and determine the appropriate attendance classification.

MS/HS Families: Planned Absences
If your student will miss school due to travel, please submit the Pre-Arranged Absence Form at least ONE WEEK in advance.
Hard copies are available in the Main Office or outside Mr. Stevens' office.
