ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOLERS!

HCA high schoolers! We are taking another team back to Naples, Italy, this summer to host an English Language & Sports exchange camp for Italian teens who don't know Christ. Last year's trip resulted in a new weekly youth ministry for these students, so we're excited to help with the camp and the new youth group.

Dates are July 3-13 for this summer's mission trip. There will be an informational meeting for you and your parents this Sunday at 5pm in the CrossPointe conference room, with light refreshments. Please join us! 

Valagrams are back!


Valagrams are a sweet and simple way to spread some Valentine’s Day love by surprising students, teachers, and staff with small gifts and personalized messages.

Even better, every Valagram supports our Secondary Fine Arts Department and will be delivered on February 13!

Eagle Period- Beginning 2nd Semester

We are excited to be moving forward with the implementation of Eagle Period beginning 2nd Semester for all Middle & High School students here at HCA.

This new period will be from 11:40am-12:20pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and will provide various opportunities for our students that will include:
clubs, student support/study hall, community building, assemblies, volunteer/service, leadership, etc.

Coffee & Conversations

Each Thursday and Friday morning between 8:30–10:30am, Mr. Stevens is available to meet with you in the cafe here at the school. These meetings are designed to provide space for open conversation: a chance for me to hear your heart, listen to your hopes for your student, gather your feedback, and answer any questions you may have. It will also be a chance for me to share about how God is moving and growing our Middle and High School programs and to invite you to be a part of it all.

Student Support

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT STUDENT SUPPORT
**With the implementation of Eagle Period at the start of 2nd Semester (2/2/26), Student Support will no longer be after school. Students will have opportunities multiple times throughout the week to meet with teachers and receive support during Eagle Period.**

Teachers will still be available to support students after school with a scheduled appointment.

After-school supervision will be available from 3-4:15pm in the MS lunchroom each day beginning Monday, 2/2.

Computer Contract

We offer 1:1 computer access to our middle & high school students. We will be issuing student laptops in class within the first few days of school.  In order to receive a laptop, we need to have received the signed agreement form (see below). We will also have copies for you to take home and review at Mrs. Dickinson's station at the Meet and Greet.

Locker Sign-Up

Students have the opportunity to sign up for a locker by clicking the "Locker Sing-Up" link. We are encouraging students to sign up and utlilize these lockers as they will have textbooks, notebooks and resources that are class specific and will not be necessary to carry around each day.
