Get Involved

Support from our families is essential to the success of the auction, our largest fundraiser of the year! We ask that each family procure a minimum of $250 for the auction (which can include procurement or donations for class baskets). Procurement forms/letters are available at the main office, or a printable copy can be found on this page. There are many opportunities to be involved beyond procurement, including class basket room parents, procurement organizational team, sponsorship, class basket liaison, data entry, basket bundlers, event coordinators, event decorators, day of auction volunteers, etc. It takes a small army, and we can find opportunities that fit your gifts, schedule, and capacity (work that can be done from home, daytime or evening meeting times, etc). Email: barbaras@hcabothell.org to get involved!

IMMEDIATE AUCTION NEEDS:
  • Business Sponsorship Head - Someone willing to help us get businesses to sponsor at Auction.
    • Looking for someone who will receive logo placement and mentions throughout the year.
  • Computer Entry - 3) Volunteers to do data entry at the Auction.
    • Training will be provided on the night of the event.
  • Wine Sponsor - A local winery to provide the wine we consume at the event.
    • Do you know a winery owner who might be interested in supporting our school?

donate to FUND-A-NEED

Each year, we identify a specific HCA project for our “Fund-a-Need” campaign. In addition to bidding, direct donations can be made to “Fund-a-Need.”  Stay tuned for a link to donate! Past projects have included playground updates, security measures, school transportation, school flooring, etc.

Ways to Give

Heritage Christian Academy is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and gifts are tax-deductible.
Some companies, such as Microsoft, will also match your volunteer hours. Your gift can go twice as far if you take advantage of your employer’s matching gift program.
To find out if your company has a matching gift policy, check with your human resources department or visit: https://doublethedonation.com/companies-that-donate-to-nonprofits/
