Tickets go on sale March 5th through April 9th. Purchase by April 2nd for Early Bird Prices and Incentives.

Babysitting is available! Pre-registration is required, with early sign-up advised due to limited availability. Registration will be available during the ticketing window.

It takes a whole posse to pull off a successful auction—and family support is the key to making our biggest fundraiser of the year a success!

We’re asking every family to help round up a minimum of $250 in auction items or donations. This can include items or experiences you procure, as well as contributions toward your child’s class basket.

Need a little help getting started? Procurement forms, ideas, and letters are available in the main office, or you can find a printable copy right here on this page. All procured items are due in the HCA front office by Friday 4/9. 

Ways to Join the Roundup

There are plenty of ways to join the roundup beyond procurement. Lend a hand as:

• A Class Basket Room Parent
• Part of the Procurement or Décor Teams
• Data Entry Volunteer
• Basket Bundler
• Day-of-Auction Volunteer
• Have a business? Consider sponsorship or an ad

It takes a small army—or should we say, a mighty posse—to bring Heritage Roundup to life! Whether you can pitch in from home, join a daytime or evening meeting, lend a hand on auction day, or contribute in another way, we’ll help find an opportunity that fits your gifts, schedule, and capacity.
