God uses broken things
Mrs. Edler, our elementary principal, spoke at our chapels this morning. She thoughtfully shared the process of creating stained-glass art to illustrate how "God uses broken things" — like us. The broken pieces of glass represent our hurts and trials in life, but God uses those broken pieces for good and for His purpose (Romans 8:28). Just as stained glass is polished to allow light to shine through, God continually refines us so that we can shine for Jesus.
