Strength: Jesus is all we need

During the month of October, our students focused on the character trait of strength. Today, Mrs. Hansen spoke about this topic at our combined chapel. She reminded us that our strength ultimately comes from Jesus. We are called to love and honor God first (Deuteronomy 6:5). It is only through Him that we can face the challenges that come our way.

Mrs. Hansen encouraged us to remember this when life feels difficult: "God loves us and believes we are worth going to the cross and back!"

"He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength." Isaiah 40:29

 "I can do all things through him who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13
